BO2 - Stuck on Console

- My game gets stuck on the art screen with the printing console and never loads.
- I've already tried re-running piry.exe, creating exclusions in my antivirus, (windows defender), running as admin, and going through the basics with StormDev.
- I started having the problem since I installed the game on the 8th of May. I've never been able to open it fully.
- Here's a screenshot of my folder and the error I'm getting. I would provide a video but it's literally the same thing.
