Server cant find dedicated config even when the name is changed

i keep getting this error
Error: Waited 1281 msec for missing asset "dedicated.cfg".
Exec From Disk failed to open dedicated.cfg
Error: couldn't exec dedicated.cfgand heres the next error

I dont know what im doing wrong

The path to your dedicated.cfg file should be C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t5
the file shouldn't be located on your desktop which is why plutonium can't find it:)
