how exactly do we turn of depth of field in BO2

You can't turn it off completely, you can only set it to "low".

AlienEx07 to answer your question in your duplicate post, no we have no plans to remove depth of field to make bo2 run on your pc. Currently there's console access, so you could attempt to turn it off via the console. But I do not know what the command would be so you are on your own with that one.
