When moving i dont move exactly where im aiming i move slightly to the side

Lock your FPS to 200 and try again.

This is caused by high FPS. Black Ops 2 has a very optimized engine but doesn't handle high FPS very well. As suggested by xerxes: Lock your FPS to 200. Issues like these start occurring at 200+ FPS. Your movement issue will be resolved.
