Black Ops 2 Low Sound?

Hello, so I do not know if this is exactly where this belongs? But has anyone else had Lower sound in Black Ops 2 for Plutonium (Specifically the Zombies) than the vanilla Black Ops 2 (Steam)? Because for the past two years i've been playing i've just had low sound everytime I launch this game. I don't know if it's an issue that everyone has been having, if not how do I fix it?

check you windows settings or sound mixer or bo2 settings in sound if nothing then you need to redownload bo2 here a link to fix it
How to repair your game -
You can enabled Loudness Equalizer in Sound -> (Your Playback Device) -> Enhancements
