can anyone help me fix my fps
my specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz and i got 4g ram

pretty much impossible to get playable fps on that. you can turn down the graphics settings to the absolute minimum but you're probably cpu bottlenecked.
