Launcher closes after I press play and nothing else loads

I have already deleted all my antivirus software and excluded plutonium in windows defender. Tried installing all of the DirectX stuff and it said it was already installed but the game still wont open. There's not even a error code. Please help.

Maybe try re-instating the game path or re-installing Plutonium?
