Demisync wdym? When I apply a locked item to an under leveled gun in CAC, it doesn't stick when I join a server. So I still have to work for my attachments and camos.

adam It let me make my M4a1 gold, with dual attachments, and it had all the attachments unlocked. And I could join a server with it all pimped out, too. I did the whole reset stats thing a couple times to make sure it wasn't a bug on my end. Even the challenges menu suggests everything should still be locked. I don't know, my guy, I'm super confused.

Demisync You creating your loadout in Private Match right ? If yes, than yea everything can be applied to your gun. Try to create loadout on a title screen CAC option. Everything that is not unlocked should be locked according to progress.

This is indeed correct. This is a feature of the original game. If you edit your classes on private match, you don't have to actually unlock them to be able to select them. We patched the engine so that private match and ranked match stats are the same. We did this because many people make the mistake of editing the wrong classes and then complaining that they don't work when joining a server.

RektInator Then how come when I try to make a class with locked attachments/camos, it doesn't stick on the server? I even tried making a class in private match, but that didn't work either. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm wondering because I would like to play through the grind of MW3, since this is one of my top 3 favorite CoDs and I never played it when CoD was king. I just want an easy way out of grinding weapon levels tbh.

RektInator I found it very comical tbh, when first played. I created Private Match loadout, played with it, and than i saw that the gun i used is currently locked in title screen CAC. I still use title screen CAC, just for the sense of progression, please let it stay that way.

adam I dont know if there is a feature like this on the server side, BUT maybe server rules prevent you from using weapon and equipment that is not unlocked or matching with your rank. Just a guess. Maybe you also can unlock weapon XP with a command and juse make all your guns Level 31 ? Admin probably know if such a command exist, because you 100% can give yourself XP.

Nine Breaker Yeah, I'm assuming it's the servers preventing it. I also do know the commands for leveling up guns, but I don't have the patience to do that. 😥

                Thanks though!

Damn, can you, please, tell me one ? Because sometimes 30-31 grind is insufferable (1887)

Nine Breaker Here you go, the list of commands for leveling up guns (and perks) manually. Just make sure after you do the command that you join a game (private match or a live match) and then equip the class with that gun that you manually leveled, otherwise it won't stick.
