Can't sprint and walking is about half speed

I cannot sprint at all and walking speed feels about half. I'm using dualsense through ds4windows.

I'd like to add that when I play WAW through Steam then it works fine but when I try to play BO1/WAW through Plutonium then this problem occurs, I've tried reinstalling both twice and I've had no luck fixing it. Any help would be appreciated.
