bo2 support cant connect to main menu

After about 3 hours of restarting my pc updating everything removing custom skins i always get this stupid error, it just makes me not wanna play anymore when ever this happens i stop trying for a few days, and then i connect for a day then it just stops for another week or so, any help or support would be helpful..
