No me deja entrar a multijugador black ops 2

Normalmente me dejaba entrar a partida con amigos y de browser pero ahora que voy a entrar me carga la pantalla de carga y después el sonido se va y vuelve, por último suena error de windows y seguido a eso me cierra el juego y no me sale nada. mando vídeo por drive no es nada malo lo juro es un video donde se muestra el error no completo por lo que el juego crashea todo : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Kvue82R-wlNQ32CY84ynmYG-ol44U0QO/view?usp=sharing
