I cant join my friends

I used to be able to see my friends and they used to be able to join me via a friends list. now I can only see server browser (with no friends list) also the menus are different for example the menu screen of zombies used to just say online play but now it has campaign/multiplayer options. Did I install the wrong version? the other version used to work way better.

Emdoe We dont use the friendslist in the plutonium overlay anymore.
U need to use the ingame friendslist. -

hamzahgamer4 its bo2, and when my friend tries to join from the bo2 friends list, it doesnt do anything.
