Is there a way to rebind tilda to open console? I only have 60% keyboards and want to change fov scaling in console. Thanks.

Mr.MaPSaBino Yes but you cannot change your ADS FOV independently from your non ADS FOV. cg_fovmin is the command in console that is inaccessable in the settings.

          zykarion did you read this?

If it still doesn't work you can just use the boostrapper instead of the in-game console, the result is the same

with aa 60% keyboard you can use the Function and escape key at the same time in order to open console. With 60% keyboards, the function key is often used to substitute the regular keys in a similar way that shift makes keys capital instead of lowercase. function can be used for some keys in the same way.
