Connecting to server browser error

I load into IW5 and then I click server browser and it loads but then I get an error that says “ The call of duty modern warfare three server is not available at this time please try again later or visit..” The website for updates.. CAN ANYONE HELP

Probably doing maintenance or servers are down idk. have the same problem
