I cant join my server, bo2 works, but bo1 dont working

how to join my own server in the same machine ? i tried connect 127.0.0.1:28965 and 192.168.0.199:28965, but dont work for me

random guys join me on the server but i can't join, why? how do enter my server on the same machine i'm playing?

Edyfox via the serverlist, you can't connect via ip in bo1. If you don't see it on the serverlist but others do it might be because your router doesn't support wan loopback (or it's disabled).
