How do I Unlock specific prestige with everything unlocked?

I know the command to unlock what specific prestige i want. But after that im sitting at square 1 because i cannot unlock any of the weapons, attachments, perks, wildcards because i have 0 tokens. Is there any command where i can unlock everything while still being able to choose the prestige i want to be at?
