why is bo2 plutonium 4hit down instead of 2 ?

Maybe perma-jug is on by default? im not sure i dont have bo2 on plut but maybe they tick perma perks on without having to unlock them.

Wolfhound_1203 very likely that it is perma-jug but I cant seem to get it off even when going down I still have it, also cant find a disable button for it too, I guess it's really a permanent-jug.
MirioDeez You lose perma jugg when you reach round 15 and lose the bonus health when you down after that.
