Launch error?

When I launched any game, it only showed the launching process but the game did not pop up. It was shown at the taskbar both plutonium r3266 bootstrapper and the game but the game window was hidden by plutonium r3266 bootstrapper. The launch process made my mouse cursor blue loop, like as if it's launching an app but I can see that t5 has launched, it's just that it didn't pop up normally. I couldn't tap on the taskbar where there was both plutonium r3266 bootstrapper and t5 because of the blue loop. Is this just a launch error or pc error?
