Bo2 is running in the background but doesn't let me to open it

Recently I downloaded Bo2 and when I try yo run it it just appears like this and when i select the game it sends my mouse cursor to the top left of the screen

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
