Shangri La crashing

When I join a server that's playing Shangri-La, it seems to load normally up to "Waiting for other players," then it abruptly shows a black screen and plays an error sound before closing out entirely without any kind of error message. This doesn't happen on any other server with any other map, just Shangri-La.
