[FEATURE][T5] LAN support for BO1

Currently, you can only play via the Plutonium servers using the friend list.
You can't use the friend list on LAN, so you're stuck on Solo if you want to play with 3rd party tools. Simply put, you can't connect to a match with other computers in the same network on LAN mode.

GreppiM2 I think you technically can. If all computers are connected to the same network, are running the same version/update of Pluto, you can pretty easily play in a lobby of 4 (by making a private match and typing in connect localhost in console).

@Emvek Connect command isn't supported in T5 yet.

Will it be supported in a future version tho?
