The launcher does not load.

Hello, I am the same person who had the SKIDROW error, a few weeks ago I found the file and deleted it but the error still came out so I stopped playing black ops 2, yesterday I tried for the last time to start the launcher and I did not get the error but... it didn't load me, does anyone know how to fix that?
