This version of Plutonium feels significantly more “stuttery” than BO2 Plutonium for me.

Is this a know issue or something with my install? I’m running at 144hz at 144fps with the settings changed appropriately, and it just doesn’t feel smooth. As I say this, I mean no disrespect to the creators of this mod.

If you type com_maxfps in the console (without pressing enter), what's the value that it is set at?
Do you have iw4x installed?
MW3 in general has problems on some computers, if you google "MW3 FPS Drops" you'll find threads going back years with no real solution sadly.

Mr. Android No iw4x. My FPS limit is set to 144hz. I’m getting a constant 120 FPS.

CTU_RITTIGER Try setting com_maxfps to 0 and see if that helps the overall stuttering.

Mr. Android already did. I said that in my reply. And to clarify, yes that means in game.

Your reply says you set it to 144, try setting it to 0 which tells it not to cap and see what happens.
