    I cant move it or anything its just stuck that way even when switching monitors with win + shift + arrow keys

          PlasticBalls try to put this in the console or in the bootstrapper then press enter
          r_mode 1920x1080;vid_xpos 0;vid_ypos 0;vid_restart
          Replace 1920 and 1080 by your monitor's size if needed
