when i try to play bo2 zombies it crashes

this is only happening with zombies mode,it says "plutonium ran into a problem and it must be closed" and then with a random 'crash reference id"

My zombies crashes too, but it crashes with no error code or crash reference id, and it is as soon as I start it up until it's at the menu screen. Only my multiplayer says "Plutonium ran into a problem and it must be closed", with a crash reference id.
