Is it possible to make your sensitivity a number not on the slider, like 0.75?

try pressing the tilde key ~
and typing fov 0.75
why do u need 0 FOV i dont really know -
@GGamer2042 where did I say fov lol. I said I wanted 0.75 sensitivity. you do this in mw3 by pressing "~" then typing "sensitivity 0.75." I don’t know if this is possible in bo2
