I have followed every step of installing-the-base-game-bo1 but it crashes on start.

I have tried https://plutonium.pw/docs/repair/
Windows security's exclusion for appdata\local\plutonium folder
Installed everything in Games\pluto_t5_full_game\redist folder
Executed these commands with no errors
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow -
It happens me the same. At round 10 aprox. it crashes and give me the exact same error
