Need help with toggling fog and a timer

Hey guys, I'm making a private server and I cant figure out a script to toggle fog on/off by pressing a key.
For example toggle fog by pressing alt fire/5.And I would need a good timer since the timers I used would overlap the numbers after some time.
Any help is appreciated.
