Black Ops 1: Quality of Life Config

TO PREFACE
- This config is my own and is used to make the game look a bit better as well as some quality of life changes, ex: smaller minimap objective icons, force loading the highest level of detail, and toggling the sky color this is set to the 0 button.
- Certain commands are explained and can be edited to fit your liking.
- After editing, make sure READ ONLY is set to on by right clicking > properties > Attributes: Read-only
This config does not give the player any visual advantage.
Config installation path: %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t5/players
- This can be replaced with config_mp.cfg or executed in game using the exec command, ex: "exec 4g"
- Alternatively, this can be binded to execute on a button press, ex: /bind p "exec 4g"
