Can't use killstreaks

So the other day I was able to use killstreaks right?

I was testing with bots and I disconnected from combat training because I had to leave for a moment, and that crashed the game, all of the weapons in custom were gone with an empty set logo, and since then, if i do any killstreak it doesn't appear on screen either i can't use it.
