XBOX One Controller Right Stick not working

hey guys, the right stick on my xbox one controller doesnt work on bo2 plutonium anymore, anyone know a solution to fix it? thanks.

All XBOX Controllers should be Plug-and-Play right away, since XBOX is owned by Microsoft.
You can try and reinstall the drivers for the controller, or try with other XBOX controller. If the other one works, then it might be that your controller is dying.
