Unable to move sometimes when ADS in custom games

So for some reason when I'm playing custom games, it becomes impossible to move when I've Aimed down sight, however when I play any of the servers I dont have this issue at all, any help to fix this?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
