Why I cant use my Forum avatar ingame? Some friends are using, but I cant!

Join a server and it works! In the menu like there u cant see it.

Try setting it to a different cardicon, then join a server and wait until the server swaps map and then back out and click the use forum avatar button again and then join a server, wait for the map to swap and then see if it shows.
I think on the first time you kill yourself to test it may not show but it should show after the 2nd time.
