Bo2 not responding on startup

Hello! Yesterday I played Bo2 Zombies completely fine without crashes or any problems. This morning when I tried to start the game it would not start and froze after 2 seconds with a black screen and it is not responding. In the command bar I get these messages.

bound socket to localhost:4976I have tried other fixes such as redownloading, repairing, changing file directory but with all of my "fixes" to no good use.
Bo1 zombies is somehow still working fine as it did yesterday.
Anyone who knows the problem? Thx for help on beforehand.

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click)r_fullscreen 2; vid_restartthen press Enter -

You pasted it and pressed enter right?
Make sure to wait for things to load and then do it, not right away like you did
Make sure to press enter to execute the command
It should make your game clickable in the taskbar -
Resxt Yes I tried waiting too and firmly pressed enter. However the game still is just a black screen with a large low-pixel mouse that I can move. If I go to the bootstrapper command prompt and do as your instructions then I can't return and click the game in the taskbar which remains as a smaller black screen still. In my taskbar, Plutonium r3266 is also not responding.
Really strange especially since I had not this issue yesterday until now.
I just went to my brother's computer and it worked fine just as it did yesterday but not for me.

WooDiuM I am having this exact same issue and I don't think there is a fix for this yet

BleachIsGood Yeah too bad. Luckily Black ops 1 is still working. Hope for some type of fix or another response soon.

same issue here. i get black screen in both the steam version and the plutonium downloaded version. bit bl1 works just fine.
