pretty sure non of the torrents that plutonium provides have readme files -
Yeah just look inside your t6_dlcs folder you will see :

i had same problem didnt work with steam version of the game soon as i downloaded plutoniums pirated bo2 version and installed it and dlcs with it and changed direct from steam to that it started working with dlc maps
