“EXE_SERVER_DISCONNECTED” Error

I’m trying to get into a game of multiplayer on BO2. But everytime I pick a server and get into the loading screen, it says on the top right, “EXE_SERVER_DISCONNECTED”. It’s on zombies and multiplayer so I can’t play anything. I’ve tried reinstalling it and turning off my firewall but nothing has helped
