block in connection menu

When I start the game it gets stuck on connecting I have waited 15 minutes and nothing happens

in my firewall if the plutonium application is authorized

Sometimes that happens to me and i re-launch it 2-3 times (in zombie-mode that works too), and after closing BO1 i oen the steam, if connection glitch left, i close BO1 and close Steam from tray
