can't switch to the game

basiclly the game starts i heart the background music and all but when i want to alt tab or click on it it dosen't come up

How to fix black screen on launch?
Go in the bootstrapper command prompt (the console opened when you start the game)
and paste this (right click) r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart then press Enter
