Is it possible to request taken user names from inactive accounts?

The forum only shows forum activity.
So if someone created an account in 2020, never browsed the forum again and plays on a daily basis it woule show last activity 2020 which is not correct, it's only his forum activity.To answer your question I think the admins only do that for old accounts that are actually inactive on both forum and game for like 2 years but I'm not sure.
