when i wanna play bo2mp and i launched game and said "t6mp launching" and nothing happens
there is no crash report or something
it says "t6mp launching" and launcher gone
but nothing happens

Denizcan couple of things:
- which version of windows are you using?
- download and run this: https://git.io/redists
- exclude pluto from scanning in your av: https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/

those aren't drivers but redistributables, you do need .net 4.7.2 and visual c++ 2015-2019 installed for pluto to work, this batch script installs those.

defender is an antivirus software, please try excluding pluto from scanning like the guide suggests.
