    when i try to play waw zombies it doesnt open and shows some red text in the boot strapper that says something about it cant run zombie_electric_shock_overlay and water_droplet

        Dss0 i already repaired the files 3 times, i also straight up reinstalled the game. nothing seems to work

          Psyykosis does the bootstrapper stay open? What if you type

          r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart
          

          into the bootstrapper and hit enter?

                Psyykosis those missing images don't matter. It seems there is some problem with your gpu/directx.
                Do you have any software with overlays? (msi afterburner, xbox game bar, rivatuner..) if yes, disable those.
                You can also try updating your graphics drivers.
