T4 WaW Those you cannot kill

If I am wrong on this, someone please tell me. I am older and a relative newbie at this and do not mind getting my butt kicked BUT I have found that on rare occasions someone will enter a game that even at point blank range does not die. They also seem to know where you are regardless of spy plane being deployed or not. They seem to kill everyone as much as they can and appear to be indestructible. I watch for a while until I feel these people are not playing fair and I just leave. Is this my imagination or have others seen this as well?

I've never seen this but in theory it's possible that you joined a server that has admins abusing the modding possibilities to give themselves advantages.
Also note that some servers can have special rules for example a sniper only server might disable knifing damage.
So to answer your question yes in theory it's possible if for some reason a server owner/admin decides to use commands to cheat on his server. In that case you should just play on another server
Also I might be wrong but I think WAW has a juggernaugt perk so people may have like 200HP with it
