fullscreen problem

i triedchanging resolution, fullscreen,borders none of them work -
Did you hit apply after changing settings? Otherwise it won't change anything. This is bottom right when you change something

yes i do press apply,recently i upgraded my os to win 10 so i redownloaded it and im having issues like this

Did you set the game to the native resolution of your display?
If not it might not be set-up to scale it which can result in what your screenshot looks like. -
Xerxes yes i did , then i searched it on youtube and i saw a video, turns out it was a problem in my graphics card registry, had to change some values and now i can play it properly on fullscreen.
