If you're sure you have Windows Defender only then this is not the issue
Also your screenshot doesn't provide any information related to the crash, it's just the normal things happening while the game is runningI would highly recommend putting your game in windowed borderless (not fullscreen, it can crash the game)
If after this you still crash then you're gonna need to record a video or give a lot more explanation than "it crashes"
