Launcher not working

I chose "pluto_t6_full_game" as my folder in the game path settings, and when I press play the game will show up for a second with the loading logo and then go black and tab out, then I can see the bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe which stops after "loading fastfile en_seasonpass_load_zm". If I open the tabbed out BO2 again it will just tab me back out of it (It's still a black screen). And if I close the bootstrapper it closes the game. pls help
