BO2 window not opening

I can install Bo2 and launch it just fine, the command window opens and displays what its doing but the game window will not display, it shows up as clear when I hover over it in the taskbar but when I click on it nothing happens. Any advice?

Try r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper.
