Launcher not loading and i basically looked up everything and it doesn't work

I recently downloaded plutonium and the game files for bo2 but it wasn't launching. I downloaded the redist installer that didn't work and now I don't know what to do. Can someone help me solve this?

Pistakilla webroot. i allowed the files for it and the same within windows security

IfYaBlink I've heard webroot still causes crashes even when excluded. Just one of those stubborn av's that have a mind of it's own. Uninstall it, WIndows security is good enough av.

IfYaBlink Delete %localappdata%\plutonium folder and relaunch the launcher.

Pistakilla got it thx it was the local app that was the problem
