Xerxes same error, maybe it's some missing files in the map download?

marcuss-00 possibly, i saw some custom maps before that are actually missing textures (or completely missing an .iwd file).
Check the folder of the custom map (%localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t4/usermaps/mapname).
