Direct x error when launching bo2

Direct x encounter unrecoverable error. I read the read me for issues for that and followed the steps in the video and it’s still giving me the same error. Help plz.

Make sure your GPU drivers are updated, try running dxsetup.exe from the DirectX folder, from the redist folder. Where did you download BO2 from? Also do you frequently pirate other games from other repacks?
