i have an issue with bo2 error issue

when ever i play zombies or multiplayer i get stuck in loading screen for out 5 min then it says server disconnected
yes i resterted my net and yes i even changed my net plz help me -
Assuming that's not an internet issue, your HDD is too slow then (you got 90 secs to load a map). Get a new SSD/HDD or you could try defragmenting your current hdd but doubt that'd work.
